HomeCalc.ca provides free educational Canadian real estate calculators and written guides. You can use the calculators for your own financial planning, link to the site, and quote short excerpts of articles with attribution and a link back. You cannot republish full articles, scrape the site at scale, or present our calculator outputs as your own product.
Permitted use

Nothing on HomeCalc.ca is personalized financial, tax, legal, real estate, or investment advice. The calculators are educational tools that apply public rules to inputs you provide. We make reasonable efforts to keep calculators and articles current with Canadian rules. Rules, rates, and tax thresholds can change between updates. We do not guarantee that every page reflects the most recent version of every rule at every moment. Always confirm with the primary source linked from the page.
Intellectual property
The content on HomeCalc.ca — articles, calculator logic, layouts, and copy — is owned by Hami Tahm or licensed for use on the site. Government rules and formulas referenced on the site are in the public domain. Our specific presentation, wording, and implementation of those rules are not.
